The Village of Cap-Pele is formed of a municipal council elected every four years which takes policy decisions on community development.
The chief administrator officer ensures the daily management of the municipality with its team of staff. He is the direct link with municipal Council and the people of Cap-Pelé.
The Village of Cap-Pele provides several services to its population: the fire and police department, collection and disposal of residential waste, sidewalks, roads and streets, housing, tourism promotion, economic development and recreation.
