For 10 to 15 lobsters

Fill a pot (2/3 full) with water. Boil. Add lobster. When it starts to boil again, add salt (1/2 cup in a pot that can hold 10 to 15 lobster). Cook for 15-20 minutes. Salt – 1 cup for a pot that can hold 15-20 lobsters; 1/3 cup for a pot containing 5 to 7 lobsters (or to taste).

*N.B. Lobster can be cooked with salt water from the sea. No other salt need to be added.
